We have serious ambitions. In the first place, the sales volume of our products grows every year. This requires an ever more efficient way of working, and especially movement, to adjust ourselves to that. It also implies we never stand still and keep thinking in terms of growth.
Apart from that, ‘service excellence’ plays an increasingly important part in how we work. We ask ourselves questions like ‘how can we really understand our customers and serve them in the best possible way’, ‘how can we even go beyond their expectations’, or, in short, ‘how can we create an exceptional customer experience’. These are relevant questions which we have to answer, every day again, with a special Customer Care department, data analysts are able to inform customers proactively, and the values which make service to our customers a priority: love, serve & care.
